LFB (Spain) 3/2008 - Ros Casares 95, San Jose 45
"I can be pretty when I want to be, but my game face is on."
Ros Casares (3-0) is one of the elite teams not just in Spanish basketball, but in European basketball. San Jose (1-2) held out for one quarter, but just one. Ros Casares smothered San Jose with a 95-45 win to remain undefeated in the Spanish League.
Ros Casares shot 58 percent. San Jose only shot 28 percent. Ballgame over.
There's not much to say about this game except to write about individual performance. Leading Ros Casares was Erika de Souza who scored 17 points, with 5 rebounds in just 21 minutes of play. Delisha Milton-Jones added 15 points and Roneeka Hodges added 11 points. Laia Palau Altes hadded five points, five rebounds and eight assists for Ros Casares.
For San Jose, Eshaya Murphy scored 17 points to lead San Jose. Kimberly Butler had 10 points and Maria Sanchez-Aguilera added 8 points and 4 rebounds.
