Ivory Latta Returns to the Dream

Look who is coming back....

It's official. Ivory Latta is back, and Nikki Teasley has been waived.

The Atlanta Dream announced today the team has signed guard Ivory Latta and waived guard Nikki Teasley. Latta will be active for tonight’s game against the Washington Mystics. Tip-off is scheduled for 7:30 pm ET at Philips Arena.

And now, at last, the Latta-Lehning feud can come to a close. Welcome back, Ivory.

This is good news...I hope everybody gives her a fair chance and doesn't nit pick at every mistake she makes because I feel that is what you all are going to do. The girl is talented allow her to blossom. We are 4-6 now & I bet our record will be better than .500 over the next 10 games

First anonymous, you know they will focus on Latta's weaknesses and overlook what she could provide. If she's shooting mid-30s from three and pushing tempo, they'll still point out how short she is and how deep she has to be to shoot her jump shots.

YEAH!!!! I think that the coach made a great GM move. I thought maybe Lehning would go first...as I hate to see TEASLEY leave. Ethan, you have a huge problem. It's probably a good thing that you will stay away from the game...it's about the TEAM.

Latta shows a lot of character coming back. If the rumors are true, she had a couple options this week...but her LOYALTY (Ethan) was with the Dream...

GOOD LUCK DREAM

Wrong Call...Ethan was just playing.

OK, how bad does this make MM look?
I am glad Latta is back and she will be helped by a better supporting cast than last yr. It will be interesting to see if we still get the never say die attitude after all this mess with being let go and then resigned. And hopefully this will not be a wasted signing by her ending up in MM's doghouse but y'all know how easy it is to be sent there. I think Coco is a solid (if unremarkable) veteran and Shalee is coming along--too early to tell-- and hasn't hurt us, but I am definitely more excited about our guard situation.

If the coach needs 3P shooter, a good idea would be Anna DeForge and not Ivory Latta.
