Attrition II

An update of the "Attrition" photo that I posted earlier this year...with one more player being "attrited".

This means that there are only four players from last year's team that are still on the squad: Iziane Castro Marques, Erika de Souza, Jennifer Lacy and Tamera Young.

Wow, a few bitter people just can't keep their head on straight. Seriously, if you know Ivory you know she would not want that kind of reaction. Of course you can tell in many cases it is the same three people posting over and over again...I agree with Scarab who wrote elsewhere that this will actually be good news to many fans who loved Ivory as a person but could not ignore the fact that her passion and enthusiasm did not actually make her a WNBA level point guard. You can like Ivory the person but still not want to keep Ivory the player....

My daughter loves Ivory and only time will tell if it was a big mistake but I think it was.

i agree with anon4...it's ok to feel hurt but that kind of language is over the top...think of others and kids who read and post here...as fans of Ivory, she would not want that...that is soo not who she is and would not want her fans to react in such a negative way...I wish Ivory only the best, she do well...

If you could enjoy watching 4-30 record with Ivory, I would bet you can enjoy watching the Dream this summer without her. Her hardcore fans seem to keep forgetting that with veteran Teasley out there that even if she had made the roster she would have been deep on the bench playing under 10 minutes a game. She is a great person and had some great games last summer as one of the main people throwing up shots, but she is never going to be the big scoring all star she was in high school and college!

a man/woman gotta know his limitaions...
Ivory was good for the Dream inaugural season...i wish her the best...things change...everything changes...the Dream change as any other pro Team......this will be an exciting year for the Dream with or without you...i have a fan loyalty and will follow wherever they go, but my passion for the Dream and the W will hold steadfast to the Dream...there comes a time when your life changes...except, embrace, move on...this is real life...apply this this to your own life in teaching life skills to your children, fans,suppoters...nothing stays the same...without change there can be no progress...you can't move forward if you're stuck in the past and repeat the past...jmo
