PLKK 2/2008 - Brzeg 67, Krakow 61
Odra Brzeg (2-0), a team that finished in 10th place last year, has jumped out to a great start as they deliver Wisla Can-Pack Krakow (0-2) a 67-61 defeat in Brzeg.
Right now, Krakow's fans are trying to figure out what happened. (Until October 24th, PLKK teams will be playing two games a week.) Some are blaming the new coach Jose Hernandez for not knowing the league very well.
The untranslated box score is here.
The team is still waiting for Janell Burse and Iziane Castro Marques. Something tells me that until those players show up, Krakow is going to have a tough time of it.
