WNBA Draft Lottery to be Announced November 5th

We'll know a bit more about who picks where when the WNBA completes its draft lottery on November 5th. I'll post the complete order after the drawing. What makes the draft interesting is that Minnesota inherited New York's first round pick this year, giving the Lynx the outside chance to pick at #1 and #2 in 2010.
