I build my endurance by lifting weights, maintaining a healthy diet, and exercise. I always pray and ask God to keep me healthy to continue my career; part of my endurance is my Faith. If I go on a junk food binge I can feel it when I'm playing. Eating healthy and exercise are key components in maintaining endurance.
